Green Juices are a hot topic these days… To Juice or not to juice?!?  When it comes to green juices, as long as you are happy to drink it, you can juice practically any fruit or vegetable. Cold pressed green juices are a great supplement to a healthy diet and a way to boost your daily nutrients. There are so many different combinations of fruits and vegetables to create amazing green juices; this one if one of my favorites.  This nutritious green juice is a little different however this combination will keep you feeling full, provide you with much needed energy and nutrients whilst tasking great ay the same time.

Green Juices: Simple yet Powerful

Ingredients

  • 3 inch slice of watermelon
  • 6 string beans
  • 2 small green apples
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 1 small cucumber
  • ½ cup of mint leaves
  • 1/8 cup aloe vera juice
  • ¼ cup of fresh wheatgrass

Method

  1. Wash and dice all the whole ingredients
  2. Slow juice all the ingredients
  3. Add the aloe vera juice
