METABOLISM BOOSTING SCRAMBLE

A SPICY WAY TO START OR END THE DAY!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 egg
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon of skim milk, almond milk or oat milk
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 50g smoked salmon, (alternatives cooked chicken breast or cooked tuna)
  • small handful of chopped parsley
  • bran oil spray

METHOD

  1. Chop the parsley and salmon thinly and place to the side.
  2. Heat a small saucepan spray with brain oil. Whilst the saucepan is heating whisk egg, egg whites and milk until foaming.
  3. Pour liquid into the sauce plan add salmon and cayenne pepper stir continuously.
  4. After about a minute turn heat down and add parsley
  5. Stir for another few minutes.
