Overnight oats is one of the simplest way to provide yourself with a nutrient rich breakfast that take no time at all.. This simple breakfast serves one, is high in fiber, good carbohydrates, and nutrients and is a great way to start your day.

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup almond milk (or alternative)
  • ¼ cup steel cut oats
  • ¼ cup berries (or your choice of fruits)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon Protein Powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon fiber supplement (optional)

METHOD

The Night before:

1. Place oats, vanilla extract, berries and milk into a container or cup and place in fridge.

In the morning:

2. Add any optional extra ingredients you want and enjoy!
