       INGREDIENTS

  • ½ Lemon
  • 250mL of warm (not boiling water)
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper

       METHOD

Juice the lemon, add to 125ml of boiled water and 125ml of filtered water. Add cayenne pepper, stir and drink immediately.
